Shipping
Shipping carriers are designated and charges are based
on the
most value for the weight class available. We package items
well to
avoid shipping damage. Some items may ship direct from our
suppliers
locations. Postal shipments to APO's will Require
Insurance due to
high loss rate in the military system. Sorry , we can only ship CDR's
or
packaging to US and Canadian destinations.
Returns
If product is defective it may be returned for replacement
by e mailing
for an RMA. Be sure to explain the problem clearly. Our
products
incompatibility with Your equipment is not a defect. If You
ordered
the wrong product ( ex. laser instead of Inkjet ) You may
return it for
an exchange or credit on other products provided the product
is
unused. Return shipping is the responsibility of the
customer.
Other returns will be treated on a case by case basis. Most
will be
offered a 100% credit for the value of the product.
Shipping is NOT Refundable. Cash refunds subject to 20% re
stocking
fee. Credits or refunds will be issued promptly upon
products
return and examination by our staff. Re screened cdr's
are sold on an
as is, all sales final basis. Shipping charges are
nonrefundable. Shipping
damage or missing package is the responsibility of the
carrier in the
